Tenant(s) may have one (1) cat living in the apartment under the following terms and conditions:
1. Tenant(s) shall pay Landlord a $250.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
2. Tenant(s) shall pay $15.00 more each month in rent.
3. Cat must be spayed or neutered and Tenant(s) must provide Landlord with written proof of this from a veterinarian.
4. Tenant(s) must keep cat in the apartment at all times.
5. Tenant(s) must keep cat off balconies and out of common indoor and outdoor areas.
6. Tenant(s) must transport the cat only inside a pet carrier.
7. Tenant(s) must double-bag in plastic all cat litter before putting it in the garbage.
8. Tenant(s) must not flush cat litter down the toilet, even if it is "flushable," to avoid cloggin and flooding.
9. Tenant(s) is responsible for all damage caused by violating these rules.
